Your heart has been heavy. Grief is a familiar feelings.

Happy days seem unreachable.

You stand tall because you have no other choice left.

You have not drowned.

You have treaded through the rough choppy waters. Hypothermic temperatures touch your skin. Acid tears burn your cheek. Your hands shake uncontrollably. You back stroke to the finish line alone, broken & lethargic even when no one supports you.

A million words could not explain the madness within me. Living in a crazy world full of selfishness and shallowness. Fighting to be who you desire in a world where everyone strives to be like one another.

Alone. Alone in my thoughts. Alone with the pain in my heart. Alone in this cruel world. Alone figuring out life. Alone making mistakes. Alone searching for the answers.

Brave. Brave enough to not give up. Brave enough to love yourself with every breath that you take. Brave enough to not let the world swallow you alive. Brave enough to change what did not work. Brave enough to believe.

In silence one can move mountains. In silence one can become who they desire to be. In silence one can be at ease. In silence the small miracles are falling into place. In silence one can create a masterpiece. In silence for not everything that is spoken needs to be told.

Trusting the process. Allowing the bad moments. Understanding the hidden message. Reading through the lines. Taking the leap without fearing flight.

Get lost. Take wrong turns. Explore. Not all those who wander are lost.

Earn your stripes. Never settle.
